Theme Thursday - Winter
We had a snowstorm on Monday, allowing my "homework" :-) to become easy! I love all seasons, and while people were complaining about more snow, I was happy!For more Winter photos, check out the Land of K.A at

Yowza! I loved living in Boston cuz of the snow but I think my body is too old to deal with THAT these day. The girls would love it.

Great shots of your plentiful snow! I love watching it come down from the warmth of my home, but driving in it is another story. I had too many multiple hours commutes when I live on the opposite of the metro from my work. Now, I only live a few miles away so it isn't too bad. I don't mind it much anymore. :)
That pine tree is seriously weighed down with snow!

That pine tree I planted in my backyard when I was 11! It was probably the length of a pencil. It's now at least 15 feet tall. There were a lot of summers where we would need to put a bucket or something around it so it wouldn't be run over by the lawn-mower.
:-) He's a very strong tree and has had plenty of winters like this. He'll bounce back soon enough!
All I can think of is "bleak" and "lots of snow to shovel"!!

wow! you really got some snow! Some great shots. I love winter scenes, but I don't like being out in it. We're getting our snow today, but I don't think we'll have that much accumulation.

Gosh, I wish we would get snow like that her in NJ. We keep getting teased with just a dusting. My daughter has been begging me to make snow angels and snowmen.
