Theme Thursday - Memories

Yes, I've been a very bad blogger these past few weeks. I haven't really found much inspiration and I also haven't been feeling that well.

Anyway, I didn't really plan well for this theme, but I got an e-mail from my sister-in-law with some pictures of my nephews. Last Sunday there was a brunch for my grandmother who just turned 94. One of the pictrues is her with her newest great grandson, my nephew, Matt.

My grandmother was born February 26, 1914

Matthew was born June 22, 2007

She's only 93 1/2 years older than him, not much of a difference.

love pictures like this because they are so precious -- not much of an age difference at all :)...

How wonderful to have her with your family still. I have a picture of my son at 22 months with his great-grandfather, that means so much to me.

So great! My grandparents have been dead for years, I'm always sad to think that there won't be many generations for my little ones to meet.

That's wonderful your grandmother got to meet him. I felt especially blessed that my grandmother was able to meet my son too before she passed away. The pictures are very special to me too. :)
